Most people don't realise that you can talk to Samaritans about absolutely anything that bothers you – you really don't have to be suicidal.

There's no issue too small to talk about, yet that perception seems to be one of the main barriers in seeking mental support. Research has shown how young people are usually aware of their distress but keep altering their definition of "normal" to avoid seeking help.

This ironic campaign targeted at young adults invites us to talk about trivial problems as it aims to normalise picking up the phone and dialling 116 123.
